Learn to Drive
Learning to drive with us can be broken down into 6 simple steps and we're here to help you every step of the way:
STEP 1: Getting your Provisional Driving Licence.
Before you can begin to learn to drive you'll need a provisional driving licence. You can apply for your
provisional licence using a form (D1) that you can get from your local post office. It should take 3 weeks
to arrive.
STEP 2: Book your Driving Theory Test. Once you have your
provisional driving licence we'd suggest you book
your theory test as soon as you can. It's not possible to book your practical driving test until you've
passed your theory test so best to get that out of the way.
STEP 3: Take and Pass your Theory Test. To help you pass your theory test we've provided
driving theory test information to get you started. Make sure you take
advantage of our free Theory Test Questions service to help you prepare for your test.
STEP 4 Book your FREE Assessment Lesson. Once
you have your provisional licence you are now legally able to take your first lesson with an Approved Driving
Instructor (ADI). Go ahead and book your FREE 1 hour assessment lesson with one of our local driving
instructors who will be able to discuss any questions you may have about learning to drive as well as help
you decide which intensive driving course would be best for you.
STEP 5: Book an Intensive Driving Course. Once you know
which course is right for you go ahead and book your course and let us handle booking your
practical test for you. The cost of the test is included in your course fee. A small deposit is all it takes
to secure your driving test and course with your instructor.
STEP 6: Take your course and pass your driving test! In most cases
we'll arrange your driving course for the week leading up to your test. We've found this is the most cost
effective way to learn to drive and you'll save up to £400 compared with the national average.
